congrats to my friend's cousin, Long, who just graduated into the US air force Pararescue team...

for those of you who do not know what that is, we will not leave you in the dark.  pararescue is the airforce equivalent to the navy's SEAL and army's Greenberets.  BUT pararescue not only train to kill, they also are paramedics too, so they also save lives in search & rescue... badass...

anyway... everyone go out and buy "John Dogweed's Transitions" album.  even if you're not a fan of house/dance music, your mind will be changed because the cd is awesomeness..

No crunk/rap/r'n'b albums of this summer have impressed me so far, is anyone else tired of the "bling bling, i got so many ho's, girl you look so fine so let's get naked" themes of the past 7 years of rap and r'n'b music?
